Highlights

We are a community nonprofit, all-volunteer organization whose mission is to provide quality recreation and skill development in football, girls and boys basketball, wrestling, tee ball, baseball and softball for all K-6th grade children in Greene County and surrounding communities.

Partnering with GCYAA is an impactful opportunity for local businesses. The importance of community-supported youth sports cannot be overstated. Not only does a GCYAA partnership invest in the future leaders of our community, it maximizes goodwill exposure for local businesses and delivers supportive messaging to a diverse family target audience.

In the past we have used Partner Funds to do the following:
⧫Concussion testing on all football players ⧫Team uniforms ⧫Purchase impact absorbing helmets
⧫Scholarships for athletes ⧫Purchase equipment for all sports ⧫Field maintenance ⧫Field resurfacing
⧫New program implementation - like basketball this winter

Our continued goal is to raise money to help keep the costs of all programs low in order to provide as many opportunities for children to participate in sports of their choosing.  We want to eliminate cost as a barrier for kids to play.
